Better Visual Indication for Fully Booked Slots

Currently, the “Remaining slots” setting controls both the number of spots left and the “Fully Booked” label. We would prefer not to show the exact number of remaining spots for available time slots, but we still need a clear way for customers to recognize when a slot is fully booked. At the moment, when the remaining slots display is turned off, a fully booked slot simply becomes unavailable to click. We’ve had several customers think that the booking calendar was not working because they couldn’t tell that the slot was actually full. It would be helpful to have a separate option to visually indicate fully booked slots, for example: Display a customizable “Fully Booked” label Allow a different color for fully booked slots Add a strikethrough to the time when a slot is fully booked Any of these options would make the status much clearer without requiring us to display the exact number of remaining spots for available slots.
